Return Policy

You may return your TRAILER-TUG within 15 days of the original purchase date.

  • Product must be returned UNUSED in its original packaging - Discounted items are FINAL SALE

  • You will be credited for the purchase less outbound freight.

  • Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.

  • If product has manufacture defect - DO NOT USE PRODUCT.
  • Contact us as soon as possible at 714-369-8066 or sales@trailertug.com and we will send you a new product or the necessary parts.

Return Claim Procedure

To return a purchase please follow the steps below:
Call 714-369-8066 or email us to open your return claim.

  • Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damaged in shipping.

  • Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, Federal Express). TRAILER-TUG is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping. We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the return claim.

  • TRAILER-TUG will be financially responsible for returns only if there is a case of manufacture defect.

WARRANTY FORM MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN *30* DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE

You have the option to exchange, receive a refund, or credit your purchase within 15 days (shipping not included; learn about returns). Product must be returned unused in it’s original packaging. We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment and are always considerate of the customer's point of view.

We strive to build long-term relationships with each of our customers and a big part of accomplishing this is by ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We will do everything we can to make sure you're completely satisfied with the products and service you receive from TRAILER-TUG.

All TRAILER-TUG products come with a LIFETIME Manufacturers Warranty. TRAILER-TUG warranties all products to be free of defects due to flaws in materials, manufacturing or workmanship. There are no other express or implied warranties.

The warranty is limited to appropriate transportation and recreational use. Misuse will void the warranty. The warranty does not extend to standard "wear and tear" produced by normal operation or to any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage, consumer abuse, or neglect.

These products are intended for use only with trailers up to the specified weight capacity. Exceeding the specified weight capacity may result in damage to the product and cause serious injury to the user.
